The Book of Marriage
كتاب النكاح
Chapter 4: The prohibition of being married to a woman and her paternal aunt or maternal aunt at the same time
باب تَحْرِيمِ الْجَمْعِ بَيْنَ الْمَرْأَةِ وَعَمَّتِهَا أَوْ خَالَتِهَا فِي النِّكَاحِ
Sahih Muslim 1408 e
Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying
One should not combine in marriage a woman with her father's sister, or her mother's sister.وَحَدَّثَنِي أَبُو مَعْنٍ الرَّقَاشِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ، عَنْ يَحْيَى، أَنَّهُ كَتَبَ إِلَيْهِ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ تُنْكَحُ الْمَرْأَةُ عَلَى عَمَّتِهَا وَلاَ عَلَى خَالَتِهَا " .
